Milton joined Christiansen Commercial in 2014 and specializes in leasing office space and industrial facilities. Milton graduated from Loyola University New Orleans in 1990, and got his broker’s license in 2000. He has acted as a retail tenant representative for companies such as Starbucks and T-Mobile and office tenant representative for Unilever, Ericson and TransUnion and has also done agency work for KIMCO Realty, Cobian’s Plaza, and Paseo Caribe, among many others.

Andrea S. Suárez is in charge of daily operations at Christiansen Commercial and has been with the firm since 2013. She obtained her real estate broker’s license in 2015. Andrea is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame in Finance and International Business.

Daniel J. Prieto, MAI joined Christiansen Commercial’s team in September of 2015, rapidly becoming a State Licensed Real Estate Broker. In addition to serving as a broker, he is in charge of the firm’s valuation department. Daniel obtained a double major in Finance and Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and has been involved in the commercial and industrial real estate business in Puerto Rico since 2004 as a State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. Mr. Prieto is an active member of the Appraisal Institute, having held the treasurer and vice-president leadership positions within the Puerto Rico & Caribbean Chapter, as well as having formed part of the 40th Leadership Development Advisory Council (LDAC) for the National Board

Luis Gustavo joined Christiansen Commercial in 2016 as a Commercial Valuation Specialist. Luis G. Prieto has a Business degree from Sagrado Corazon University in Puerto Rico. After graduating he worked in customer service and banking in the United States. Upon his return to San Juan, he entered the real estate business where he passed the Appraisal Trainee program and obtained his Real Estate Broker's licence.

Mr. Piñol joined Christiansen Commercial in 2021 as Corporate Real Estate Service Advisors. Previously, he worked for 2 years as a leasing administrator to the PRISM industrial property portfolio. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, with concentrations in Management and Entrepreneurship. Obtained his real estate broker’s license in 2019.
