Founded in 2019, Puerto Rico Industrial Solutions Management (PRISM) is a vertically integrated platform that provides industrial real estate and logistics solutions. Our full-service team is comprised of property management professionals, brokers, accountants and maintenance technicians, all focused on creating a seamless tenant experience. PRISM offers 2.7 million square feet of highly resilient industrial warehouse assets to provide clients with solutions that enable their businesses to grow.

The PRISM platform was formed to cover the needs required for the administration of the acquisition of a portfolio of industrial warehouse properties established in strategic points in the metropolitan area of San Juan. PRISM is led by Ryan Christiansen as CEO and Luis R. Guzmán as President and COO and has a Puerto Rico-based team providing tenant-focused solutions.

The founders have a long history of investing in real assets in Puerto Rico and the formation of the PRISM platform is a continuation of their commitment and conviction in the economic recovery of the Island.

Christiansen Commercial Real Estate serves as the exclusive leasing broker for PRISM.
